- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ā cup fat-free plain yogurt
- Ā¼ tsp cinnamon
- Ā¼Ā tsp nutmeg
- 1 scoop Purely Inspired Organic Protein, French Vanilla
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
