For an on-the-go sweet treat that packs a protein punch, try out this vanilla filled recipe!

Pre-heat the oven to 350°

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3/4 cup oats (blended into flour)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of Purely Inspired Organic Protein in French Vanilla
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder dash of cinnamon splash of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup egg whites or substitute

Directions

  1. Bake in 350° F for 15 – 18 minutes. Enjoy!
