What exactly does reclaim your rhythm mean? According to the American Heart Association, it’s about reclaiming control over your mental and physical well-being after a couple of very challenging years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Looking for inspiration on how to reclaim our rhythm this year, we recently asked Trista Sutter and Ryan Sutter what living a heart healthy lifestyle means to them.
"We have heart issues on both sides of our family," Trista shared with us. "It’s really important for us to stay active, and to keep our hearts healthy so that we can be around for years and years to come."
"As you get older, you become more conscious of your lifestyle," Ryan added. "We live in this beautiful place. We're surrounded by nature and that helps keep you motivated. You know, not only do you want to keep nature clean, but you want to be a part of that and keep yourself clean and make sure that the things you're putting into your body are enhancing your lifestyle and life and not taking away from those things."
